Project Overview

4385 Mainway is an industrial facility located in Burlington, Ontario. The building is strategically positioned within the city’s established employment corridor, with direct access to major transportation routes throughout the GTA and Hamilton Area. Developed by Menkes Developments, the 115,841 ft2 building was designed to meet the evolving needs of modern industrial users while incorporating sustainable design and construction practices that support long-term environmental performance. Menkes Developments and INVIRO are proud to announce that 4385 Mainway has achieved LEED Gold certification. This milestone represents the first LEED Gold certified industrial building delivered by Menkes’ Industrial Development & Construction Division, demonstrating the organization’s continued commitment to sustainability and responsible development.
