Rutherford Marketplace in Vaughan is a vibrant retail hub located at the intersection of Bathurst Street and Rutherford Road, designed to serve the growing York Region community. Our firm provided mechanical engineering services and LEED consulting for the eight buildings within the plaza. We coordinated in implementing energy efficient mechanical systems and guided the project toward its sustainability goals. The buildings within the complex were awarded LEED Silver certification, reflecting strong performance in efficiency, indoor environmental quality, and environmentally responsible design practices.
