Project Overview

King High Line by First Capital REIT reimagines a stretch of Toronto’s King West neighbourhood into a lively destination where living, commerce, and public life intersect. Centered around an elevated linear park and an activated pedestrian network, the development introduces new residential density, curated retail offerings, and inviting gathering spaces that encourage movement and community interaction.

INVIRO supported the project with full mechanical, electrical, and fire protection engineering. Our team designed high-performance, energy-efficient systems tailored to the needs of residential units, retail environments, and outdoor public areas. By coordinating building services across a diverse program, we ensured long-term reliability, comfort, and operational resilience.
