Project Overview
Ajax Industrial on the Park reimagines what a modern industrial campus can be by combining high performance design with environmental stewardship and employee well being. Situated in a well-established industrial zone with convenient access to major transportation routes, the development supports efficient warehouse and logistics operations while creating an elevated workplace environment.
The campus includes three buildings totaling over 1,000,000 ft² offering 40 foot clear heights, expansive staging areas, and flexible loading configurations suitable for warehousing, distribution, light manufacturing, and office industrial uses. Its location provides excellent connectivity while benefiting from a generous natural setting that includes meadows, creeks, and walking paths that promote worker wellness.
Guided by a Carbon Flex design approach, Ajax Industrial on the Park features an improved building envelope that reduces heating and cooling loads and lowers overall energy demand. The roof is solar ready for future photovoltaic systems, and the project is targeting LEED® certification to demonstrate a measurable commitment to sustainable performance.
Our team provided the mechanical and electrical engineering for the development, along with full LEED® consulting services. We designed energy efficient mechanical systems tailored to large volume industrial needs and guided the project through LEED® strategy, documentation, and performance optimization.
