Project Overview

Located on a redeveloped 14-acre site in Mississauga, 6525 Mississauga Road North is a next-generation industrial facility built to exceed contemporary sustainability standards. The single-storey building features a high-efficiency envelope, reflective roofing, LED lighting, and advanced HVAC systems that work together to minimize energy use and reduce operational costs. The site design incorporates native plantings, EV charging infrastructure, and high-albedo surfaces to reduce environmental impact and promote occupant comfort.

Sustainable construction practices—including low-emitting materials, extensive waste diversion, and the reuse of concrete on-site—further reduced the building’s carbon footprint. Achieving LEED® Gold certification, the project stands as a leading example of environmentally focused industrial development in the region.
